This luxury apartment is situated in a quiet tree lined walkway. 2 mins to the torrecilla beach, 5 mins to the centre and the balcon de europa.There is secure private parking underneath apt with lift to all floors . The apt has 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 1 en suite , 2 patios 1 overlooking the garden and a very large private one at the back .The kitchen is fully fitted with micro wave, washing machine, fridge freezer , safe and many more extras. A large lounge with patios doors leading to south facing outside patio overlooking the pool and gardens . TV ENGLISH, DVD, and CD player . All the windows have tinted glass which keeps the heat in in the winter and the sun out in the summer so no need for aircon .In the garden there is the pool there are also showers and toiletsThere are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets near by .The apartment is situated on the west side of Nerja so no hills to climb after a day at the beach.On a tuesday the local market is nearby for fresh fruit etc and of course shopping.
