The accommodation has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The en suite bedroom has a QUEEN SIZE bed, fitted wardrobe and large bathroom..  The apartment is also suitable as accessible accommodation for the disabled.  There is a roll-in shower stall and wide doorways.  Drop-down bars, grab rails etc. to be installed shortly.  The second bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobe and the second bathroom is fully fitted.  No street noise as the apartment looks onto the gardens and swimming pool.  There is satellite TV with English channels, stereo/CD player and DVD player with film library.  Kitchen fully equipped, as well as having, electric food mixer, cutlery, general cooking equipment/utensils, toaster, coffee percolator, kettle, crockery/dishes for baking, caseroles, etc..  Swimming pool with qualified lifeguard and wheelchair ramp so access is possible for the disabled and the elderly.

Apartment facilities

Ceiling fans in all rooms for the summer and electric heating and duvets/quilts for winter lets.  Bed linen and bath towels provided. Iron/ironing board and hair dryer are also provided.  Baby cot and extra bed available upon request at no extra charge.  Terrace equipped with table and four chairs.  For families with children, beach equipment is included: straw mats, umbrella, plastic chairs, beach toys, games, etc.  Resident hall porter and two lifts.  There is even a kiosk/newsagents right on the premises downstairs with a wide range of international press, magazines and beach supplies and equipment!  Quickly pop downstairs to get your morning paper!

Very central location

Access from the street facilitates wheelchair access and as such is especially suitable for the disabled and the elderly or families with small children.  A car is therefore not absolutely necessary.  This self-catering holiday apartment has an excellent location with superb facilities, services, eating and drinking establishments in the immediate area. Torrecilla beach and surroundings is easy for walking around.  No hills or steep slopes to climb.

Full range of shops and services

In the area there are 4 supermarkets (2 seven/elevens), 3 internet cafes, a Barclays bank and several Spanish banks, many pubs, restaurants, cafes, bistros, cocktail bars, etc., hairdressers, 2 chemists, 3 hire car companies and a large 4 star hotel for a choice of evening entertainment. There is also a tour operator conveniently located in the building next door. You can organise with them for day or weekend trips to see the historic cities of Seville, Granada, Malaga, Cordoba, etc. The Torrecilla beach is just a hop across the Avenida Mediterraneo and then a stroll through the charming square of Plaza de los Cangrejos.
