| The living/dining room is well furnished and opens out directly into a private terrace with direct views of the swimming pool from where one can observe children or other family members. There is a TV and video, comfortable sofa bed, second small sofa and pull out dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fan oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, iron, etc. all working on electricity.
The bathroom, with ample space to move around, consists of a large, modern, walk in, non slip shower cubicle, with no step, a shower stool and safety rail as well as wash basin and W.C. with hand rail and a washing machine. Water heaters are electric.
The apartment is fully fitted with air conditioning and heating units.
One double bedroom and one twin bedroom, sleeps 4 with an extra sofa bed in the living room.

| The apartment is situated on the forth floor with lift facilities and wheel chair ramps from the building entrance to the lift.
The main entrance is situated at the bottom end of Calle Castilla Perez approximately two minutes walk from the beach. This area has recently been modernised with beautiful garden areas where one can stroll or sit in comfort and safety with wheel chair ramps right down to the beach. As you come out of the building there are cafes and restaurants with out door patios away from any traffic and the Hotel Riu Monica where entertainment is open to the public every night, and where all coach excursions pick up, is just five minutes away. The famous Balcon de Europa is only a 10 minute level walk.

| The large swimming pool is available to residents of the building and is surrounded by tropical gardens where one can enjoy a pleasant change away from the beach.
For those interested in the Nerja night life, the Plaza Tutti Frutti and Calle Antonio Millon, where many late night bars and discos are situated, are a five minute stroll from the apartment.
The attraction of this apartment is its location, near and with easy access to all amenities, including the beach, with no need for a car, taxis or buses.
