Las Rosas is a lovely, one-bedroom apartment with a large terrace overlooking the community pool, only 20 minutes walk from the centre of the town and its many beaches.

Las Rosas is a small complex securely surrounded by walls with key acess for residents only. It is set in gardens with flowers, tropical shrubs and palm trees.

The apartment has all modern amenities including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, dvd player and hi-fi sytem etc. The terrace is equipped with loungers, table and chairs and a built in BBQ. An awning provides shade as needed.

Parking outside the complex is plentiful and there is a regular bus service near the large supermarket, all just a few minutes walk.

Nearby are hotels, restuarants and bars, which provide evening entertainment. There is also a newly opened leisure centre and tennis courts nearby.

Bed linen and towels are supplied and are changed weekly (bring your own beach towels) .

NO CAR NO PROBLEM

If you prefer not to rent a car, then we offer taxi tranfers direct from the airport with the English couple who manage the apartment, from 140 euro return

The nearest beach is Burianna at 15 mins walk, this is Nerja's largest beach, the town is 20 mins walk although the local bus stop is just 1-2 minutes away if you prefer not to walk.

You won't need a car to stock up on grocery essentials as there is a large well stocked supermarket just 2 mins walk away; close enough to pop down for freshly baked bread for breakfast on the terrace

We are also 2 min away from The Sportmans, a pub serving home cooked food and The Nerja Club Hotel is 5 min away and has entertainment most evenings with Flamenco on Saturdays.
